Kozak, who was born in Salisbury, knew she wanted to be a TV Producer when she was just a teenager, inspired largely by documentaries and BBC drama.

Kozak received her B.A. in sociology and secondary education from Rowan University, an M.P.A.

To date, she has directly led five separate teams.

Sara Kozak will be launching media consultancy for the TV industry Hudson House Media, later in 2024.

The new company will offer a mix of management consultancy and strategic troubleshooting with a strong emphasis on unscripted content.

Drawing on her decades of experience, she will advise production executives on all aspects of team building and management as well as commissioning and development.

For more than 17 years, Kozak was Senior Vice President, Head of Production at Warner Bros.

Discovery, where she led nonfiction content for Investigation Discovery (ID) and the streaming platform MAX. During her tenure, Kozak oversaw production on thousands of hours of unscripted content, including series that remain some of WBD’s strongest revenue drivers.
